Nutella Puff Pastry Shamrocks
One of the cutest desserts for St. Patrick’s Day are these Nutella Puff Pastry Shamrocks. They’re very similar to Elephant Ears cookies, but they’re shamrock cookies.
They’re stuffed with a layer of Nutella between puff pastry, then topped with green sugar sprinkles.
Lucky Charms Chocolate Bark
Sure, you’ve heard of Lucky Charms treats, which are basically Rice Krispies Treats but using Lucky Charms cereal. That’s fine. But a little overdone.
Instead, take those colorful marshmallows and make this Lucky Charms Chocolate Bark for St. Patrick’s Day instead. It only takes four ingredients and a couple minutes to make this really cute, festive dessert.
St. Patrick’s Day Pot Of Gold Cookies
These St. Patrick’s Day Pot Of Gold Cookies are one of the easiest treats you can make to celebrate the holiday. You start with a store-bought cookie and decorate it to look like a pot of gold with a rainbow on top
Tint cream cheese frosting with blue food coloring, then pipe it on top of the cookies. Stick in a piece of a rainbow Airhead candy, then add some marshmallows at the end of the rainbow. You could add some gold sprinkles too, to make it more like a pot of gold. These cookies are a super adorable and a super easy dessert.
Shamrock Pretzels
All you need are two ingredients — pretzels and green candy melts — to make these adorable Shamrock Pretzels. They’re really easy to make and look like you bought them at the local candy shop.
You can either serve these as is or you can make a festive cake by sticking them all over the top of your white iced cake. Or add one to a vanilla cupcake if you’re making individual desserts for a school St. Patrick’s Day party or bake sale.
Mint Chocolate Bark
This Mint Chocolate Bark doesn’t scream St. Patrick’s Day, unless you serve it on St. Patrick’s Day. You can make it any day of the year, but the green and white candy bark works best on March 17.
Vanilla almond bark and green candy melts are melted to make the base of the chocolate bark, which is topped with Andes mint chocolates to give it a mint flavor.
Layered Mint Chocolate Bars
A mostly green treat is a really great for your sweet tooth on St. Patrick’s Day, and these Layered Mint Chocolate Bars won’t disappoint. Especially if you’re like me and love chocolate desserts. Dark chocolate chips and mint chocolate chips are melted and layered to make these fun layered chocolate bars.
If you can’t find mint chocolate chips, you can use white chocolate chips and green food coloring (the gel kind, not a water-based food coloring) with peppermint extract added. You’ll get the green coloring and the mint flavor that way.
