We love broccoli. If you follow Drugstore Divas on Instagram, you know this because you’ve seen me posting photos of the broccoli we’re growing. If you like broccoli too, you’ll love this Roasted Panko Parmesan Broccoli.

It’s a super simple recipe and tastes really good too. If you like crispy broccoli, be sure to wash it and dry it prior to cooking. If you rinse it right before, the water that stays behind will actually steam your broccoli and you’ll end up with a softer broccoli than you might want.

Roasted Panko Parmesan Broccoli Ingredients:

How To Make Roasted Panko Parmesan Broccoli:

Broccoli on a sheet pan.

Rinse your broccoli and let it dry completely (up to 1 hour).

Pre-heat your oven to 425 F.

Chop your broccoli into bite-sized pieces and put it in a bow.

Chop the garlic and add it to the bowl.

Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl. Stir it all to combine.

Pour everything in a single layer on a cookie sheet.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, depending on how tender you want the broccoli.

Ingredients

  • 2 bunches of broccoli
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
