If you’re looking for some candy to add to your Christmas cookie platters this year, our list of Christmas Candy Recipes will give you some great ideas.
For more ways to make this the best holiday, check out all of our Christmas posts.

My mom makes the most fantastic Christmas cookie platters every year. She spends so much time making dough and baking cookies for our family and her friends.
Her platters always have some Christmas candy added to them to offer a little bit of variety.
So, I figured that I would collect all of our Christmas candy recipes and put them in a list for you in case you wanted to add some to your cookie platter this year.
I did make sure to keep these all Christmas-centric. My mom‘s most famous candy on her cookie platter is Rocky Road Fudge. When we were kids, she would make that ahead of time and my brothers and I would sneak into the fridge downstairs and eat so, so much of it. Not enough to get caught, but enough.
I did blog that recipe a few years ago, but it’s not on this list because, like I said, I wanted to keep this list focused on recipes that are decorated specifically for Christmas.

We always pair Christmas candy with cookies on the same platter. So, if you need some cookie recipes, check out our list of The Best Christmas Cookies To Gift.
And, if you want some more sweets, our list of Easy Christmas Treats Recipes has some good ones.
Homemade Christmas Candy Recipes
As we add more recipes for Christmas candy on Drugstore Divas, we’ll update this list. So be sure to save it (bookmark it, pin it, however you save posts) and come back from time to time to see what new recipes we’ve added.

Christmas Chocolate Nonpareils
Whenever I think of movie snacks, I always think of a box of Snow Caps. I’m not sure why. I must’ve eaten them for the first time in a movie theater when I was very young and impressionable because it is such a strong association for me.
When I found out how incredibly easy it was to make them at home, my mind was blown. So, of course, I had to make a Christmas version to give out to my neighbors.
It’s so incredibly easy to make Christmas Chocolate Nonpareils. Basically, all you’re doing is putting sprinkles on a tray then piping small dollop of chocolate on top. That’s it. And they’re delicious.

Reindeer Chocolate Bark
Chocolate bark is one of my most popular candy recipes. I make it all the time for various holidays and it always goes over so well.
So of course, for Christmas, I had to come up with a Christmas version.
This one has pretzels, candy eyeballs, and round candy pearls strategically placed to look like Rudolph and Santa’s other (less popular) reindeer. When you cut the bark, you want to make sure you’re leaving the reindeer faces intact. If not, it kind of looks a little bit funny.

Sweet & Salty Slow Cooker Christmas Candy
One of my mom‘s newest addition to her cookie platters is this Sweet & Salty Slow Cooker Christmas Candy. I’m pretty sure it’s gonna stay in rotation because it’s so incredibly simple to make and it was such a big hit this year.
You basically layer most of the ingredients in a slow cooker, ignore it for an hour, let it cool for 10 minutes, add some more ingredients, stir and put dollops of it on a pan. Ignore it again until it’s cool and you’re done.
It doesn’t get much easier than that.

Chocolate Christmas Fudge
I said before that my mom‘s Rocky Road Fudge is the most popular candy on her Christmas platter, but it’s not Christmas themed. However, this Chocolate Christmas Fudge literally has Christmas in the name, so here it is.
It is a simple chocolate fudge recipe that is topped with red and green M&Ms before it gets cut into pieces. If you’ve ever made our basic recipe before, this is it but with just one extra step.
If you wanted, you could add M&M candies inside the fudge too, but they get really soft that way and I don’t like it, so I don’t do that.

Candy Cane Fudge
If you want another fudge recipe to pair with the one above, go with our Candy Cane Fudge. It’s our basic fudge recipe with candy cane pieces mixed in.
You can add in red food coloring to color it and make it look more Christmas-y (because yes, people associate pink with Christmas) or you can just leave it white.

Chocolate Christmas Tree Pretzel Sticks
Labeling these Chocolate Christmas Tree Pretzel Sticks as Christmas candy may feel a little facetious. But, all you’re using are candy melts and sprinkles, plus a mini pretzel stick to act as a tree trunk. So, I think it counts.
I’ve been making these for years, usually serving them as standalone treats. But one year, my neighbor gave me extra cupcakes that she had decorated to look like Christmas lights, so I topped those with my Chocolate Christmas Tree Pretzel Sticks to make an adorable treat.
You can serve them either way as long as you just serve them. Your guess will love them.

Candy Cane Chocolate Bark
Candy canes are crushed up to make this two ingredient candy cane chocolate bark — and since you only find candy canes at Christmastime, these are still Christmas-themed.
You easily make these by melting chocolate, topping them with crushed candy cane, and waiting for it to cool. It’s so easy.
