I love using our slow cooker. It makes my life so much easier. You just dump all your ingredients in the slow cooker, ignore it for four to eight hours, and dinner is done.

I love making chicken teriyaki in the slow cooker. It’s so unbelievably easy and delicious. And tastes so much better than the mall take out food that’s usually everyone’s go to teriyaki.

You make your own three ingredient teriyaki sauce to coat the chicken while it cooks, then shred the chicken, and serve it over rice.

You do have to cook the rice separately in a rice cooker, not the slow cooker, but it’s worth it.
