We host Football Sundays in our garage-turned-home theater every week. One wall in our garage is completely blank and that’s where we project the football games. So the football players are basically life sized. We open the garage and all our neighbors come down to hang out.

We always have a ton of snacks ready and chairs out, but some of our neighbors actually leave folding chairs in our garage all season long.

When we host big games, like playoffs, we get a little more involved and set our football tablecloths and football crafts I’ve made during the season. It just adds a little bit of fun and whimsy to our watch parties.

If you want to make some crafts this season, we put together this list of fun Football Crafts For Game Day. You can find coasters, party picks, and more. These tiny accents really add up.

All you need to add is a big screen TV.

Cork Football Coasters

It’s a good idea to have coasters around when you’re hosting football watch parties because there’s lots of drinks involved. And that’s fine … but you don’t want one of those drinks to ruin your table.

So, make our DIY Cork Football Coasters. They take minutes to make from from cork paper and a little bit of paint. What’s not to love?

Football Utensil Holder

This Football Utensil Holder is fun way to display your forks, knives, and spoons on game day.

It’s made from an upcycled soup can, but works with any can. So if you’re opening a can of beans to refried bean dip for game day, rinse it out and turn it into a way to old your utensils. Then, when the game is over, you can either save it for next Sunday or just toss it.

Make your Football Sunday more special with these DIY Football-Shaped Utensil Holders. Get the tutorial at www.drugstoredivas.net.

Football-Shaped Utensil Holders

Start your buffet table with these Football-Shaped Utensil Holders to give your guests everything they need to eat (besides a paper plate and food, anyway) in a complete little package.

You can either make them from upcycled toilet paper rolls (which yes, are sanitary), paper towel rolls, or you can actually purchase craft tubes if you’re not like me who saves every piece of trash for a potential future craft.

Homemade Football Flags Party Picks are a great way to dress up your football party appetizers. Get free printables and find out how to make them at www.drugstoredivas.net.

Homemade Football Flags Party Picks

These football flag toothpicks are the perfect way to dress up your party appetizers and keep those appetizers sanitary.

You can print of the flags — completely for free — in the post. There are two sets of flags. One has five football field themed flags and the other has three referee uniform flags and three football flags. You can download both sets and mix and match your flags, or you can choose just one or the other.

Root on the home team from home with this DIY Foam Finger tutorial. You can make it in your team's colors. Find out how on www.drugstoredivas.net.

Foam Finger

If you’re rooting on your favorite team, do it with your own Foam Finger.

This mini foam finger is red and white in the example. But, if you’re not a Chiefs fan (or a Swiftie), you can just make it in whatever team colors you want. It’s a fun craft that you can make with young children (with a little adult supervision) to keep them interested in the game.

Purchase Football Craft Kits Online:

Making football crafts is so much fun. But, here’s the thing. You need to have all the supplies for every craft.

If you want something a little bit easier, purchase a craft kit, like the 3D Animal Football Craft Kit above. It comes with everything you need to make the craft, from the goal post on each side to the animals playing football.

You can find football craft kits at the following online stores:

Be mindful of a store’s minimum cart total to qualify for free shipping. Also, consider instore or curbside pickup to avoid the extra cost of shipping.

Which of these football crafts is your favorite? Be sure to let us know in the comments.

What fun and creative ideas! My faves are the coasters, beverage tub and yard game. We don't watch football here in Europe, we have the soccer culture here.
