Sometimes, I like to make, what I affectionately call, snack dinner. It’s a fun recipe where I don’t worry about nutrition and we eat it off a cookie sheet in the living room. I make it on those nights when we’re just exhausted and paper plates will have to do. Because I hate paper plates. I often refresh to use them for anything other than a place to hold paint when I’m crafting. But on the nights when we have snack dinner, paper plates are fine. And, in case you’re wondering, we ate this Pull Apart Pizza on paper plates.

It was so much fun.

I made three pizzas and topped one with spinach, one with fresh basil from our garden, and I left one plain. You can use whatever toppings you’d like, but our recipe will call for those specifically.

Put the breadsticks on a cookie sheet. Use a knife to cut the breadsticks through a little so they will pull apart easily.

Since these already had garlic and a little cheese on them, I skipped adding garlic or oil to these. If you start with plain breadsticks, add a little oil in the tops and add some chopped garlic.
