It’s summer, which means I just want to eat everything light and fresh. And give me all the fruit. Well, not all of it because I’m allergic to some of it, but give me all the fruit I can eat.
Like mango. Give me all the mango.
I love it so much that I actually made this Mango Salsa recipe as a side for our dinner the other night. It was so delicious. I would eat it every night if I could.

How To Make Mango Salsa:
Dice the mango and put it in a bowl.
Cube the pear and add it to the mango.
Very finely slice the red onion and put it in the bowl.
Toss. Then squeeze half a lemon over it and toss again. Serve cold.

- 2 mangoes
- 1 pear
- 1/3 small red onion
- 1/2 lemon
Instructions
- Dice the mango and put it in a bowl.
- Cube the pear and add it to the mango.
