Companies and consumers love any type of gimmicky deal, so of course, everyone is jumping on Leap Day Deals. Most involve a 29, since Leap Day is February 29th, but some are just regular freebies in honor of the holiday.
There are deals for everyone and others for people with a Leap Day birthday — because those people have to wait four years in order to celebrate their birthday on their actual birthday day.
The list is split into two categories, one for everyone and one for those leap day babies, so you can easily find the deals that pertain to you.
And, we limited these to national or large regional chain restaurants. Your local restaurants and shops may be offering their own deals for Leap Day, but it would make this list too long and overwhelming to include them all.

Dunkin’
Dunkin’ Rewards members can get a medium cinnamon vanilla coffee for $2 with the coupon in the Dunkin’ app. Members will also get 4x points on all mobile orders.
Firehouse Subs
Get a free medium sandwich when you buy a medium or large sandwich if your name starts with L, E, A, or P.
Hallmark
My area Hallmark is doing 29% off your total with this coupon. Check your emails from your area Hallmark to see if it is participating as well.
Hardee’s
Hardee’s My Rewards members can get 29% off their total with the coupon in the app. This is valid on in-app purchases only.
Hooters
HootClub Rewards members will get an offer added to their app for a $2.29 appetizer.
Hungry Howie’s
Buy one large pizza at menu-price and get a second for only $.29.
Jeremiah’s Italian Ice
If you’re on the email list (the J-List), you can get $.96 treats. There will also be swag bags and giveaways.
Jersey Mike’s Subs
Buy a sub in the app and you’ll get 72 Shore Points, which is equivalent to a free sandwich.
Krispy Kreme Doughnuts

Taco Bell Rewards members who order through the app can get a Crunchwrap for only $2.29.
Wendy’s
Get a free Cinnabon pull-apart cup during breakfast hours (until 10:30 am). You can get one per vehicle or person if you walk in the store. You don’t need a coupon on the app.
World Market
Rewards members can save 25% on regular-priced items with the code AA25. Plus, they can earn 100 bonus points with in-store purchases of $10 or more.
Leap Day Birthday Deals
All birthday deals require a valid ID that shows your birthday as February 29 in order to redeem the offers. And, don’t forget about all the birthday freebies — like free food, makeup, drinks, and more — that you can get because it’s your birthday.

If your birthday is February 29, you can build a birthday treat bear for only $4.
