Buffalo Chicken Crescent Ring Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breast tenderloins
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 packs (8 count) refrigerated crescent rolls
How To Make A Buffalo Chicken Crescent Ring:
Pre-heat the oven to 375 F.
Put the chicken breasts in a large pot and cover them halfway with water. Boil the water. Lower to a simmer and cook for 11 minutes.
Remove the chicken and use meat claws (or two forks) to shred it.
Mix together the cream cheese and hot sauce until the cream cheese is very smooth.
Stir in the mozzarella cheese and chicken and stir until combined. Set aside.
Arrange the crescent rolls point side out, to create a sunburst-shaped ring.
What I did to make sure it was even was put a crescent at 12 o’clock, 3, 6, and 9. Then, I knew I had to fit three crescents in each gap. Starting this way really helped me visualize where to put the next one.
Then, make sure to lift the first crescent (the ones at 3, 6, and 9) and tuck the fourth crescent under it.
Spoon the mix on to the edge of the crescent ring.
Roll up the ends and tuck the points under the ring.
Bake 25 minutes, until the top of the dough is lightly browned and the bottom is cooked through.
Serve with your favorite ranch or bleu cheese.
