DIY Mini Paint Bucket Gift Card Holder
A gift card to a home improvement store, like Lowe’s or Home Depot, is the perfect gift for a new homeowner. There’s so much for them to buy, but they just spent all their money putting a down payment on a house, so they don’t have extra for things like paint.
So they’ll definitely appreciate the gift card.
A really fun way to give it to them is to buy a mini 5 gallon paint bucket and put the gift card inside. Grab a paint sample card from the paint section of the store when you’re buying your gift card and use that as your card.
It’s a really cute idea that they’ll love.

DIY Starbucks Coffee Cup Gift Card Holder
Everyone loves coffee shop gift cards. Even if your recipient doesn’t drink coffee, they probably like hot chocolate, tea, or one of the delicious pastries or breakfast sandwiches the coffee shop sells. So this is a great gift.
It’s just a little boring looking.
So when you’re in the coffee shop picking up your gift card, ask for an iced coffee cup and lid. When you get home, fill the cup with brown paper shred so it looks like it’s filled with coffee and add your gift card inside.
It only takes a couple extra minutes of effort and really looks great.

DIY New Driver Gift Tutorial
If you’re shopping for someone who just got their license or got a new car, a gas station gift card is the perfect gift.
But, to make that feel a little more fun, pick up a car cup holder organizer at the dollar store. Fill it with some other car related gifts, then add your gas station gift card to it.
If you buy the other items at the dollar store also, that saves you some money, which means you can put more on the gift card.
