How To Organize Your Pots And Pans

The pots and pans cabinet can be a huge mess. Find out how to organize your pots and pans simply in this post from www.drugstoredivas.net.

Since we moved in, our pots and pans shelf was a point of contention in our kitchen. It was just so messy. The tops were always stacked on top of each other and would just slip and slide all over. Nothing really fit the way I wanted it to, but I left it for a year and a half because Pinterest wasn’t giving me any good ideas about how to organize your pots and pans. I finally told my mom that I was looking for a dish rack for the tops, like the Internet suggested, and she said that there is actually a pot lid holder.

People, that’s a thing.

So of course, I picked it up, and, oh my gosh, what a difference it made in our pots and pans cabinet. In a few minutes, it was done.

How To Organize Your Pots And Pans

What You’ll Need:

  • Pot lid organizer
  • Shelf liner
  • Pan scratch protectors

What You’ll Do:

Put a long piece of shelf liner on both the top and bottom shelves of your cabinet. They are really sticky, so you don’t have to worry about affixing them. They’ll stay down on their own.

Put the pot lid organizer on the bottom shelf. If you have a ton of lids, be sure to pick an organizer with a ton of spaces. Ours only has four, but that’s enough for us. Put that on one side of your bottom shelf.

On the top shelf, put your small pots, with the lids on, and any small accessories (we keep our bacon iron up there as well). Stack your smaller pans on top of each other, putting a pan scratch protector between each.

On the bottom shelf, place your large pots. If you have any large pans, put them under your large pots, again with a pan scratch protector between them.

That’s all.

It was such a simple fix, so I wish I had brought it up to my mother months ago!
