Avocado Mayo Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 cup mayonnaise
How To Make Avocado Mayo:
Slice the avocado in half and remove the pit.
Scoop the avocado into a bowl and mash it until it is almost the consistency of mayo. A few chunks are okay, but you want the majority of it to be mashed.
Add the mayonnaise to the mashed avocado and stir until it is combined.
That’s all.
This is really great on a turkey sandwich. It’s perfect on a grilled vegetable sandwich as well.
