This Weight Watchers Girl Scout Cookies Points List is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Girl Scouts.

This list is based on 2019/2020 Girl Scout cookies. In 2022, cookies were changed. When we get a chance to see those packages, we can update this list.

We have good friends who have not one but two daughters who are in Girl Scouts. That’s great for us because it means that now, since it’s Girl Scout Cookie Season, we have to buy two boxes. One from each girl is fair.

But if you’re wondering if it’s fair to your diet, you’re in luck. We put together a Weight Watchers Girl Scout Cookies Points List.

Now, as you know, the Weight Watchers program changed recently and there’s all these colors for different programs. It makes it so much more confusing than it needs to be. Are you blue? Purple? A Carrie? A Samantha?

So these are all just listed in Smart Points, which is the same as Freestyle Points because, let’s be clear: Weight Watchers is easy until it becomes confusing.

This list is alphabetized by Girl Scout cookie flavors because we all know it’s impossible to rank Girl Scout Cookies in order of taste. No. That’s a lie. Do-Si-Dos are first. Everything else is next.

Also, some of these are doubles because — what I learned last year is — different regions have different names for the same Girl Scout cookies. And different regions have different recipes for the same Girl Scout cookies too. Because why not.
