When we first got our blender, Pete used to make a ton of different delicious smoothie recipes. Most of them had frozen berries and mangos, and they were delicious. My mom actually makes a smoothie (although she calls it a shake) every morning for breakfast. To her, there’s no better way to start the day.
So of course, with the popularity of smoothies, there are a ton of restaurants and juice bars that are cashing in on National Smoothie Day, offering free or cheap smoothies on June 21.

All these deals are happening on June 21 at your local time, unless otherwise noted. We are only including large chains in this post. Your local restaurant may be offering a smoothie deal to celebrate today, but that would have made this list way too long.

Get a 16 oz. Mango-a-Go-Go or Strawberry Whirl Smoothie for only $1 from 3 pm to 6 pm at Jamba (formerly known as Jamba Juice).
This deal is only available in store. Drive through, online, and delivery orders don’t qualify.
Nékter Juice Bar
Nékter Juice Bar had a BOGO offer in 2024. We’re still waiting for a 2025 offer.
Planet Smoothie
Planet VIP Rewards can get a free 20 oz. Lunar Lemonade smoothie. You must be signed up by June 19 to qualify for the offer.
Playa Bowls
Get a free reusable koozie when you purchase any 20 oz smoothie.
Scotter’s Coffee
Get double smiles (Scooter’s loyalty points) when you purchase mini donuts with your smoothie in the app. This includes kids smoothies too.

Smoothie King had a deal in 2024 but hasn’t mentioned anything for 2025 yet.
Tropical Smoothie Cafe
Tropic Rewards members can get a free 24 oz. smoothie with a bowl or food purchase.
The purchase includes breakfast, but excludes Sunshine Smoothie, sides, sweets, snacks, and kids food items.
