The iRestore instructions are that you must use the iRestore Laser Hair Growth System every other day. That would be a lot easier if there were an even number of days in the week because then you would be using (what we call) the helmet on the same day every week.

There are seven days in a week, though, which means that your “off” days one week are your “on” days the following week.

So, it is possible to lose track of when you need to use the helmet again.

This has happened to Pete during this process, so I took it upon myself to start remembering when Pete needs to use the helmet. That way, when he asks me if he needs to use it, I can be confident in answering yes or no.

But I have a lot going on and a lot of my own things to remember. So I decided the best thing to do was actually create a printable that we could use weekly to mark when you need to use the helmet.

Don’t worry. We already did the hard work for you and created the printable. It’s at the end of this post. But first, Pete’s progress.

Last month was huge as far as improvement goes. If you remember from past posts, I usually cut Pete’s hair every month, so I do have a front seat to the back of his head. I’m able to pay attention to his progress without actually focusing on it. And of course, once a month I take the photos for his review post, so I get to see the back of his head up close.

Last month, I actually gasped when I brushed away the hair he uses to cover the spot. It was just amazing to see the progress.

This month, his hair seems thicker in place, which is great. There is a bit of shedding but, as we’ve learned through this process, shedding is a natural part of the hair growth cycle. It all depends on where you are in the cycle, so it’s far less alarming to us now than it was a few months ago.

So if you’ve tried iRestore and you’re not sure about it, keep going. Pete is proof of that.

Yes, that should say January 2019.

And if you haven’t tried it yet, now is a great time to sign up. You can get $150 off your purchase with the code DSD150. We also suggest buying the Fast Hair Growth Bundle as well. It comes with the Anti-Hair Loss Shampoo, Anti-Hair Loss Serum, and 3-in-1 Hair Growth Formula. A one-month supply is $89.99, a three-month supply is $189.99, and a six-month supply is $339.99.

Pete does get this pack for his review, and he thinks it does help. He was using different products before starting with iRestore and he wasn’t seeing significant improvement with those. So he will definitely be ordering the bundle packs after his review is over.

Now, about that printable …

Right click the image above to save it to your computer. It’s formatted to fit on a standard sheet of printer paper (8.5×11) so you can print it at home. There are five rows per sheet, so just print it out, affix it to your bathroom mirror (or wherever you keep your iRestore products), and you’re good to go.

If you have contact paper or a home laminator, you can just cut out one week, laminate it, and then use a dry-erase marker on it.

The box under the names of the days of the week are there to write in the date. Then, there’s a check or X under that. At the start of the week, circle the check or X to know what you are supposed to do that week. Take a peek at it after you shower and your hair has dried (the optimal time to use the iRestore Laser Hair Growth System) and feel confident in knowing what to do that day.
