Pre-heat the oven to 350 F.

Fillet the chicken breast in half.

Season it with the garlic salt and lemon pepper.

Fold over the sides of the parchment paper. Then, grab the bottom of the parchment paper and roll up to the top.

Fold the excess parchment paper from the sides into the center.

Put the pouches on a cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes.

It looks delicious, and this is coming from a vegetarian (a bad vegetarian that's known to sneak eating meat every now and then). Moist chicken. Yummy mango salsa. Rice. All together in parchment paper. Yum.
