Election Day Freebies And Deals

It’s Election Day, which means, in America, we’re getting a new president. But, I’d rather just think about the Election Day Freebies & Deals we can get today (like free doughnuts).

For more savings, check out all of our frugal posts.

It’s Election Day, which is a very big deal. How lucky are we, in the United States, to be able to vote for our representatives.

I know, it’s annoying that we get bombarded with text messages and commercials about candidates. North Carolina is a swing state, so our commercials are plentiful and filled with mud. But still, we have to do our civic duty, do our research, and choose the candidates that best represent us.

And then, after we vote in the presidential election, we can head out for a bunch of Election Day deals, like a free doughnut.

There are actually a number of businesses offering freebies and deals today in honor of Election Day, so we put together this list of them.

We kept this list to the national or large regional chains that are offering deals. Your local restaurants may be doing something to celebrate, but this list would become too long if we included all of those.

But, if you know of a national chain offer that we missed, please let me know in the comments and I’ll be sure to update this post.
