I love chocolate. It’s such a big temptation for me. So that’s why I bought candy this year for Halloween: lollipops and marshmallows eyeballs that ooze. We’ve had our friends’ kids come over and dip into the bowl pre-Halloween, but not me. It doesn’t tempt me at all. So, if we’re being facetious, those would be on my Weight Watchers-friendly Halloween candy list … because to me, they’re 0 points each.
Realistically, though, that candy has points. Most of the Halloween candy you want to snatch from your kids’ candy bag has Weight Watchers points. And that’s okay, honestly, because you don’t want someone sticking a raw piece of chicken breast into your kids’ Halloween bag just because chicken is 0 Freestyle points.
You can have candy because you can have everything in moderation. You just have to log it and be mindful of it.
Keep in mind that not all points are the same. The points you log for an avocado with its healthy fats are better for you than the points you log for a chocolate bar. But sometimes, you need that Snickers more than you need avocado toast.
To help you answer the question: how many Weight Watchers points are in Halloween candy, I put together this handy list of Weight Watchers Halloween candy points list.
Now, keep in mind that you need to log each piece of candy individually. Just because one piece is two points doesn’t mean that two pieces are four points.
Weight Watchers Halloween Candy Points List
I included all my favorite treats from Trick or Treating. And my not favorite ones too. What I didn’t include, though, were things like full-size candy bars because most people aren’t giving those out. The exception to that is lollipops. I did, however, include the mini- and fun-size versions because there’s a difference.
The Weight Watchers Halloween Candy Points List is in alphabetical order so it’s easier for you to find your favorite and track it before you eat it.
