I’m lazy sometimes. I know, I know. It’s hard to believe. But I work a zillion hours a day, a million days a week, and then I cook dinner every night. Some nights, I just need a little help from my favorite time saver: frozen meatballs.
That’s what I use in this sweet and spicy jelly meatballs recipe.
Seriously, frozen meatballs are one of my favorite things ever. They’re the appetizer that you will make for every single party from here on out. I promise you.
They’re based on the popular grape jelly meatballs. Those are okay, but they’re so sweet. I don’t love them, but I love how simple they are. So I created my own sweet and spicy version, and it’s incredible.
