This Learn About The iRestore Money Back Guarantee post was sponsored by iRestore.
It has been seven months since I started to use the iRestore Laser Hair System. With very few exceptions, I have used it every other day for 25 minutes, as directed. I missed two days when I was in New York for the World Science Festival, and I missed three days when we evacuated for Hurricane Florence and could only take a backpack’s worth of belongings with us.
Other than that, I have used it as directed and have encouraged you to join me on this journey.
If you haven’t started yet, you should. The price tag is hefty. The helmet is $695 (minus $150 with our exclusive code DSD150) and then the Fast Hair Growth Bundle — of shampoo, serum, and vitamins — is $89.99 for one month, $189.99 for three months, and $339.99 for six months. It’s a big financial commitment — but it actually is less than similar products. By comparison, the CapillusPro Mobile Laser Therapy Cap for Hair Regrowth is $2,999.00 on Amazon. The iHelmet Hair Growth Helmet is $1,195.00 on Amazon.
But iRestore’s return policy is so stellar, you shouldn’t think twice about trying this.
For the iRestore Laser Hair Growth System (which we call the “helmet”), there is a six-month guarantee. If for any reason you want to return it, they will refund you. You can return it if you don’t see results, regardless of if you are or aren’t using it properly (although we do suggest you use it as directed for the best potential benefits and the site does suggest that you do as well, it also notes that it will not require you to prove that you’ve used it accordingly).
If you have used it for six months and are unsatisfied, you have a 30 days window after your 180-day period to return it.
For the bundle, there’s a 90-day money back guarantee. It’s only available if you purchase the 3-month or 6-month supply. If you use the bundle for 90 days and aren’t satisfied for any reason, contact them during that 90 day window to set up a return. You don’t have to return unopened or unused bottles only. You can have used or consumed them (as you should) and still return.

That is definitely a reason to try this. You can go in knowing that the brand stands behind its product. If it didn’t, refunds wouldn’t be offered.
Now, an update on my progress …
I use the bundle products daily. I use the serum twice a day, in the morning when I wake up before I go to work and once after I shower at night, after I work out. I don’t shower in the morning so I just rub it in before I brush my hair. You apply it directly to the spot that’s balding and massage.
When I get home from work, I take a walk with Lisa and then I work out at home. I shower after and use the shampoo daily in the shower.
Every other day, after my hair dries, I use the helmet. I put it on and set the timer for 25 minutes. After the 25 minutes, the lasers will turn themselves off. I’ll usually sit in bed, watch the news, and before I know it, the treatment is done.
I also take the 3-in-1 Hair Growth Formula tablet twice daily. I take one in the morning and another at night. It is formulated with biotin, saw palmetto, and a DHT blocker blend. Before this review, I had been taking a saw palmetto tablet, so I exchanged that for this product.
The brand also has iRestore Hair Vitamin Biotin Gummies, which I think are only available from Amazon. I do not take those, but wanted to mention them in case you are interested in them.
Things haven’t changed much since my last update. My confidence is still high, but I am shedding hair quickly and my bald spot is getting larger. The hair that is coming in seems to be healthier, so that is great. I just wish there was more of it and less shedding.
Many of iRestore’s customers do see a significant improvement, so I’m very hopeful still. Lisa keeps telling me to wait until the 9-month mark to see results, so there are still two months to go until I hit that mark.
Have you been using the iRestore Laser Hair System? What do you think of it?

Thanks for the heads up on this. The 18% restocking fee is clearly stated in the return policy, both from November 2018 and the update from June 2019. The policy in June 2019 changed from a 6-month period for the "helmet" and 90 days for "consumable products" to 12 months and six months, respectively. This post was written in October 2018, and I cannot find the previous return policy to check on the 18% fee. But you're right. Your return, under the current policy, is subject to that charge.
