I say it all the time, but there’s a day for everything. Every day is a laundry list of national days.
The most interesting ones are the food holidays because restaurants give away free food. Or discounted food. Because there’s not much better than free food.
So get excited because the first Thursday of April is National Burrito Day. This year, that’s April 3rd. And there are a ton of places giving out burritos. Most of these offers are BOGO burritos, so hopefully you have a hungry friend who wants to do lunch or dinner with you.
I mean, that actually sounds like a great excuse for a date.

Club Baja Rewards members can get a Baja Burrito with Chicken for just $5.
This is valid in store only and is a limit of 1 per customer.
Chipotle Mexican Grill
Chipotle had a digital burrito vault game from March 31 to April 2 that Chipotle Rewards members could play for a chance to win BOGO codes, double meat, or burritos for a year.
If you got a code, you can redeem it via the Chipotle app or online today.
Chronic Tacos
Buy one burrito and get a second free when you order through the app.
California Burritos and Surf and Turf Burritos are not participating, FYI.
Del Taco
Del Yeah! rewards members can get a free classic burrito with any $3 purchase. The offer will be in the mobile app and you have to save it before ordering.
El Pollo Loco
Loco Rewards members who Buy a burrito, get an à la carte burrito free.
Freebirds World Burrito
Get Freebirds-Sized Burritos for $5.95 in store. It’s a limit of 1 but if you’re a rewards member, you can get two online when you enter the promo code FREEBIRDS.
Hot Head Burritos
Rewards members can get BOGO burritos when they order through the app or online.
Moe’s Southwest Grill
Buy one burrito or bowl and get a second burrito or bowl for free. This is valid from March 31 to April 2.

Pancheros Mexican Grill
Follow the restaurant on social media. It will be posting coupon codes four times during the day. The codes will be valid for a free burrito.
Taco John’s
Taco John’s rewards members can get a free bean burrito with any $3 purchase via the app.
Tijuana Flats
Every Thursday, you can get a burrito or bowl, chips and a drink for $8.99. And, coincidentally, National Burrito Day falls on a Thursday this year.
Torchy’s Tacos
Get a breakfast burrito for just $5 until 2 pm.

If you don’t feel like cooking and you forgot to stop by one of these places on your drive home tonight, you can order burritos online with the following delivery services: Goldbelly, Grubhub, or Instacart.
You may not be able to get the deals when you order use third-party delivery, but you will get burritos, and that’s what matters.
