National Chocolate Day is just a couple days before Halloween, which feels like perfect timing. Everyone is already thinking about candy and chocolate, so you might as well throw a day to celebrate sweet treats in.
It happens every October 28 and you can partake with free and cheap chocolate (so you can stop trick-or-treating from your own candy bowl).
