Ice Cream Cookies

ice-cream-cookiesI absolutely love these ice cream cookies. Well, ice cream shaped cookies. There’s no ice cream in them.

They are so cute and whimsy. My friend Mallory at made these today … and was so awesome and shared her photos and tutorial with us.

They are really simple so you can make them with your kids.

Ice Cream Cookies

What You’ll Need:

  • white chocolate chips
  • sprinkles
  • M&M’s
  • Nutter Butter cookies

What You’ll Do:

ice-cream-cookies-1

Melt the chocolate chips (you could use White Candy Melts if you prefer. Those are a little easier to melt than chocolate chips).

Dip one end of the Nutter Butter cookie in the melted chips.

Dip the same end into sprinkles (it’s a lot easier and a lot less messy if you just dunk them instead of sprinkling them on top).

Put an M&M at the tip (for the “cherry”).

Cool them on a sheet of wax paper for about 10 to 15 minutes until the chocolate hardens. Enjoy.

These are perfect if you’re looking for a cute treat for your kids, if you’re throwing a birthday party, whatever.
