Cajun Fries

I decided the other day that I wanted fries.

The old me would have just driven to McDonald’s and bought some. But the new me, well, she’s dating Pete. And if it’s possible to make something from scratch, well, you better believe Pete is going to. So instead of buying me fast food fries, and instead of picking up a bag of frozen ones, Pete chopped potatoes and made me Cajun fries.

And you wouldn’t believe how easy they were.
