It’s summer, which means I just want to eat everything light and fresh. And give me all the fruit. Well, not all of it because I’m allergic, but give me all the fruit I can eat. Like mango. Give me all the mango. I love it so much that I actually made a Mango Salsa as a side for our dinner the other night. It was so delicious. I would eat it every night.
What You’ll Need:
- 2 mangoes
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 pear
- 1/3 small red onion
What You’ll Do:
Dice the mango and put it in a bowl.
Cube the pear and add it to the mango.
Very finely slice the red onion and put it in the bowl.
Toss. Then squeeze half a lemon over it and toss again. Serve cold.
