Hallmark: BOGO50% Itty Bittys (& Our Spring Break Photo) #spon #ittybittys #lovehallmark

itty-bittysAnna is used to everything being “Frozen” but we took her to the beach to celebrate spring break. If you ask me, the ocean is better than the snow. Anna seems to agree.

If you want to start your own collection of ‪#‎ittybittys‬, they’re BOGO50% off at Hallmark, through April 5. (Not valid on itty bittys sets or jumbo itty bittys. For more details, visit Hallmark’s website.)

We actually have quite a few itty bittys around the house. They’re so super cute. They’re small enough for small hands, and pretty darn adorable too. ‬They’re only $6.95, which isn’t bad — although the sale price is better. There are a ton to choose from, like Frozen, Peanuts, Star Wars, and more. Personally, I’m really looking forward to Christmas when the nativity itty bittys are going to be released. Which do you have your eye on?

Review: Dial Deep Cleansing Sugar Cane Husk Scrub

Review: Dial Deep Cleansing Sugar Cane Husk Scrub

Drugstore Divas received this item for review.

dialSugar scrubs are so popular right now. I’m not sure how it happened, but in the last year, it seems like they’re all over the place. Dial is the latest brand to get in on the action. But Dial isn’t just making a straight sugar scrub; the brand created a hand soap with it.

Introducing Dial Deep Cleansing Sugar Cane Husk Scrub.

Drugstore Divas got to check out the new hand soap recently. It’s actually sitting in my guest bedroom right now (mostly because that’s the bathroom that needed soap when this arrived).

One pump is all you need for it. The pump smells amazing. It smells, to me, like a soft vanilla (even though the bottle says nothing about fragrance). The scent lingers for a while, which is nice. It’s the scent benefit of lotion without having to use it (which is good for me because I hate using lotion after I wash my hands. My hands are nice and clean and then you put a gloppy lotion on it. Not cool.).

The soap is filled with gentle micro scrubbers, which feel like they’re removing dead skin as your washing your hands. It feels like this is more than just a hand soap; it’s more of a spa trip for your hands, every time you wash them. I actually really like products with micro beads in them. I just feel like they help to remove dry and dead skin. Does this? It sure feels like it, but I can’t know for sure.

Have you checked this Dial Deep Cleansing Sugar Cane Husk Scrub out yet? What do you think?

Cheesy Garlic Pull Apart Muffins

Want an alternative to grilled cheese? Try these Cheesy Garlic Pull Apart Muffins from www.drugstoredivas.net.

I was craving our Simple Tomato Soup the other night, so I decided that’s what we were having for dinner. I often make it with grilled cheese (using a cast iron skillet and “bacon iron”). But the other night, we didn’t have any bread. And we didn’t have any sliced cheese either. We had Pillsbury Grands rolls and cheese sticks. So I had to become resourceful. Thus, these Cheesy Garlic Pull Apart Muffins were born.

They were so easy and so incredibly delicious. You would have thought that this was actually my plan all along. Seriously. If you just bring these out with dinner, no one will have any idea that you didn’t have all the ingredients for grilled cheese.

Seriously, we loved these. Necessity is the mother of all invention, they say, and that’s what these are. I’ll definitely be making them all the time now.
