CVS: Snickers Bar Moneymaker

CVS: Snickers Bar Moneymaker

My dad’s favorite chocolate is Snickers, so I’m stocking up for his Easter basket.

This week, the kiosk at CVS is spitting out coupons for $.74 off a Mars chocolate singles, M&M’s Mega, or Birthday Cake M&M’s. These are $.99 each, so after the coupon, they’re $.25.

Not bad, but it gets better.

If you still have the free Snickers coupon, you can use that to pay and you’ll get $.74 overage from the CVS coupon.

You’ve got a couple options here to help fill your Easter baskets.

Review: Bebe Bella Designs Crinkle Toy

Review: Bebe Bella Designs Crinkle Toy

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

baby1My cat has a habit of playing with and then sitting on plastic bags. I thought it was strange until I googled it and found out, no, this is actually a thing. But before I knew it was a thing, I knew he liked the sound. So when I found out about the Bebe Bella Designs Crinkle Toy, which is supposed to be for babies, I thought my cat would love it.

It arrived and I was impressed. It’s made from chenille, so it’s super soft. There’s these air pocket dots that are really good for sensory engagement for babies, and there’s a “crinkly” lining that makes noise when you pay with it.

As soon as it arrived, Totes came to check it out. He wasn’t sure what to make of it at first, but he ended up picking it up in his mouth and bringing it around the apartment.

And then he kinda just abandoned it. That’s when I googled and found out there’s some sort of animal fat in plastic bags and that’s why cats like them so much. Totes does like the sound of other plastics, but this toy doesn’t make enough noise for him. That’s good if you’re actually using this for a baby because it won’t be so incredibly annoying that you’ll want to make it stop.

These are $12, plus shipping, which is a little expensive for a 5.5×5.5 square if you ask me but if it will entertain your baby, it’s worth it.

The crinkle toy is machine washable, dryer safe, and is 100% polyester.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

CVS: My Shopping Trip (Saved 100%)

CVS: My Shopping Trip (Saved 100%)

I meant to post this the other day, but I completely forgot.

On Saturday, as we were on our way to dinner, I ran into CVS. I needed our free paper towels and had not gotten a chance to get to the store all week.

I ran in, printed by $.79 off coupon from the kiosk, and used it to buy a roll of paper towels. I didn’t even have to pay tax on it.

The deal, unfortunately, ended on Saturday so I don’t run out now to get it. Just wanted to show you my small shopping trip.

Freebies: Get Retweets On Twitter, Get Free Wheat Thins

wheat-thins-rtWheat Thins has a new “popped” variety coming out and in order to promote it, the brand is doing a retweet promotion. If you remember, this happened last year when there was another Wheat Thins product release.

If you get 50 retweets in three days, you’ll get one bag of the new product; 150 rewteets in five days gets you a tent and six bags; and 100 retweets in a week gets you a convertible for a day with a personal driver and 100 bags.

I opted for the second one. I figured the first was easier, but I want more than one bag.

There are a limited number of each category per day. Right now, only the highest one are left, but if you head here tomorrow, you can try for the lower ones.

I want to start a thread with everyone’s links to RT. Hopefully we can all work together to hit our goals.

For me, please retweet this post then leave yours in the comments.
