Referral Wednesday: Zact (A New Mobile Service)

Referral Wednesday: Zact (A New Mobile Service)

zactWhen I got my iPad, I didn’t have a real choice about data. I had to change to a share everything plan and pay $60 for 2 gigs of data to share between my phone and iPad. I got unlimited minutes without asking, which is crazy because who actually even uses minutes anymore? Even my 92-year-old grandma texts me.

Wouldn’t it be nice if we could customize our plans?

With Zact, you can. It’s a mobile service that allows people customize their no-contract plan by choosing their own mix of minutes, text and data. You can set parental controls and share your plan at no additional cost.

Check out Zact and let me know what you think.

Amazon: K-Cups As Low As $.32 (Round Up)

k cups dealsI love K-Cups, but I hate how expensive they are. I mean, sure, it’s cheaper than buying a cup of coffee at Starbucks, but it’s not cheaper than a can of coffee.

Well, unless you find a good deal.

I found a bunch of K-Cups deals on Amazon, as low as $.32. As always, prices on Amazon are subject to change at any time.

Our cheapest this week is the San Francisco Bay Coffee Breakfast Blend for only $0.32 per K-Cup. I like breakfast blends, so I’m stoked about this.

Waiting for the coffee shops to get pumpkin in? Make your own. Get Grove Square Pumpkin Spice for just $0.48 per K-Cup.

Like spending under $.50 a cup? Pick up the Diedrich Rio Blend for only $0.49 per K-Cup.

This one sounds amazing. The Green Mountain Caramel Vanilla Cream for only $0.57 per K-Cup.

My new fave brand is Donut House. Right now, you can get Donut House Light Roast Coffee for only $0.57 per K-Cup.

If you like flavored coffee, you’ll like the Van Houtte French Vanilla for just $0.59 per K-Cup!

If you’re into decaf (you’re not me because I need my caffeine) but you can get Green Mountain Decaf Coffee for just $0.60 Per K-Cup.

You can also pick up Timothy’s Decaf Colombian for only $0.60 per K-Cup (but none for me, thanks).

If you are a Starbucks fan but hate the price, you can buy the Starbucks Carmel Flavored Coffee for only $0.62 per K-Cup.

And finally, the Caribou Coffee Caribou Blend is only $0.63 Per K-Cup.

Giveaway: P&G Prize Pack & $10 Dollar General Gift Card (Ends 9/3)

P&GWho is your favorite educator?

Mine is my mom. Sure, you can argue that she teaches at a pre-school that I didn’t attend, but I’ll argue that she was my first and best teacher. Plus, she is an incredible person who I strive to be as great as. So she is still teaching me.

In September, Dollar General is teaming up with P&G to celebrate educators. The Everyday Heroes Campaign aims to honor educators who make a difference in their students lives.

This month, Kimberly Shearer, an English teacher and library science teacher at Boone County High School in Florence, Ky., has been selected as the Every Day Hero.

To celebrate, we are giving away a prize pack from Dollar General and P&G. Speaking of P&G, you can get the new P&G Brandsaver on Sunday, September 1. Included in the pack is: $10 Dollar General Gift Card, CoverGirl Black Ink Eye Pencil, Tide PODS Spring Meadow, Febreze Fabric Refresher Gain Scent Spray, and Febreze Air Effects with Gain Fresh Scent.
