Old Navy: My Shopping Trip

Old Navy: My Shopping Trip

I’ve been running around all day, manning the blog from my phone.

How have I been doing?

In one of those travels, I ended up at Old Navy. It was dollar flip flop day. How could I not?

The flip flops were pretty picked over by the time we got there. I did pick up two cute pairs [[black and white to go with my new bathing suit and purple and brown because that’s what they had]]. Pete got two pairs and I got a men’s pair for the house.

Of course, I used the Snap Appy app, so I paid a grand total of zero. Gotta love that.

I Got …
$1 — Flip flops
$1 — Flip flops
$1 — Flip flops
$1 — Flip flops
$1 — Flip flops
Total: $5

$5 off any purchase [[Snap Appy]]

Total after coupons: FREE, for a total savings of 100%.

If I had bought them on a non-sale day, they would be $3.50 each or 2/$5. Since I bought five, four would be the cheaper price and one would be the more expensive price, so they would be $13.50, plus tax. And I paid nothing. Gotta love that.

PolarBerry: Our Eating Trip

PolarBerry: Our Eating Trip

Did you make it down to Polar Berry for your free frozen yogurt today?

Pete and I made it down there.

I was bummed that the shop didn’t have the red velvet cake flavor I’ve been dreaming about, but there was pralines, which I mixed with chocolate, so I was happy.

That’s mine in the front, by the way. With a small square of cake, Heath bar pieces, walnuts, and a dab of caramel sauce. Pete’s, with lemon froyo and strawberries and pineapples, is in the back.

Yeah, he made him a bit healthier than I did. I couldn’t really try his because I’m allergic to pineapple, but the part I did taste was great.

I loved mine, especially that piece of cake [[I so should have taken more]].

There were a ton of topping options, and they were all really well stoked, even though it was free froyo day.

I’m sure we’ll be back — to claim the iPad. Yup, someone is gonna win an iPad. And I so need one to run Drugstore Divas more efficiently [[I can’t carry this heavy laptop in my purse always]], so I think I’m gonna win the iPad. Everyone just cross your fingers and maybe we can will it to happen.

There’s power in wishful thinking, right?

Target: Mossimo T-Shirts For $3

Target: Mossimo T-Shirts For $3

Are you signed up for Target’s mobile coupons? If you are, you should have gotten one for $3 off any Mossimo apparel item.

Maria was in Target, so I asked her to check out the prices.

She found these Mossimo essential scoop tees on sale for $6. So, they’re only $3 after the mobile coupon.

These are so cute. I actually think they’re worth the $3. Now I just have to get my butt over to Target.

Did you see anything else to use this coupon on? If you did, send me a picture and I’ll post it on Drugstore Divas.

Cottonelle: Last Day To Order Your Roll Cover

Cottonelle: Last Day To Order Your Roll Cover

Cottonelle gave away roll covers twice, and I got orange ones both times. I gave one to my grandma and the other got lost in the move.

If you wanted one, today is the last day you can purchase one. To order yours, head over to the Cottonelle Respect the Roll site, enter your link and you have two options:

1. Get one free with Offer Code from purchase of specially marked packages of
Cottonelle Clean Care* Toilet Paper (plus $1.99 USD for shipping and handling per roll cover).
2. Order for $2.00 per roll cover (plus $1.99 USD for shipping and handling = $3.99 USD per roll cover)

Are these worth paying actual money for? No. Not to me. But maybe to you.

Target: Maria’s Shopping Trip [[Alba Botanicals Eye Makeup Remover For 84% Off]]

Target: Maria’s Shopping Trip [[Alba Botanicals Eye Makeup Remover For 84% Off]]

I’m almost never in Target anymore. I used to be there all the time because it was down the block, but now that I moved, it’s a drive.

Maria just emailed me her super awesome Target trip, and now I’m itching to go.

She got three bottles of Alba botanicals eye makeup remover for only $1.24 each. How? I’ll let her tell you below.

There’s a special promotion: Buy 3 Alba products and get a $5 Target Gift Card. I found oil-free eye makeup remover on clearance for $5.58 each and had the printable $4 off any Alba product (excludes lip balm). You can only print one coupon per Facebook account and we only have two accounts between my husband and I. This is how my transaction looked:

(3) Alba Botanica Natural Even advanced Eye Makeup Remover $5.58
Used (2) $4 coupons
Paid: $8.74
Earned $5 Target Giftcard

Total: $3.74 or $1.24 each!

These are $7.99 each, so they’re 84% off after the coupons and giftcard. That’s amazing.

Have you found anything good in Target lately?
