Macy's: Kimie Went Shopping

I was at work, on lunch, trying to get a little blogging done when my friend Kimie starts texting me about her great savings trip.

Of course, down went blogging and up went my interest.

See that pic, that's Kimie modeling her new -- very reduced -- hat and scarf.

They were both originally priced at $28 at Macy's, but they were 50% off, so only $14 each. That's a good sale already. But, at the register, there was a coupon for 15% off.

And Kimie, the diligent shopper she is [[and if she wasn't, we wouldn't be such good friends]], was able to get these bad boys down to $11.90 each.

What's even crazier is that this 50% off savings comes before we've even had a snowstor in New York except that freak story for Halloween. Other than that, no snow. So she can still get a full season out of these cold-winter accessories.
