CVS: I Went Shopping

After Lisa told us about the American Greetings money-maker I knew I have to go shopping. A good transaction was possible yet CVS was king of a mess. Nevertheless, I am happy I went and found Glade on stock.

Glade Twin Refill $6.49 [[I still don't understand why it did not ring up on sale price because it was tagged]]
used $2 printable coupon

used $3 ECB from previous transaction

paid: $5.77

I turned around and returned the Twin Refill and received $6.99 back. I grabbed a few different aroma and none scanned at sale price. In order to finish the Glade deal I needed $2.

So now you see the mess I was talking about. I didn't have any other Glade coupon with me since you can't get a redeemed coupon back when you make a return, my transaction did not go as planned.
