Swagbucks: Collector's Bills

I just found a Labor Day collectible bill on Swagbucks. Yay. Only three to go.

There are five different values: 6, 9, 11, 13, and 14.

I found the 13 first [[I know, scaaaary]]. Now I found the 11. If and when I find the others searches, I'll post them here so that you can get excited -- and reminded about them.

If you find all five by Monday [[September 8]], you'll get a 10 buck bonus.

If you're not a member of Swagbucks [[the web's best search and win site -- in my opinion, at least]], sign up here and start searching.

Baskin Robbins: Buy One Cone And Get One Free

From now [[August 31]] to Monday September 5, 20011 you can get a free ice cream cone with the purchase of a cone with this coupon.

Here in So.Cal we have been experiencing really hot weather. Last weekend we had a heat advisory. Perfect for a ice cream treat.

What's you favorite ice cream flavor?

Swagbucks: 7 Buck Code Alert [[Til 2:40 ET]]

Search & WinSwagbucks has a code out right now worth 7.

You can find the code on the Swidget [[on the right sidebar of Drugstore Divas]]. Enter it, and you'll get 7 Swagbucks for free. The code is good until 2:40 pm EST only.

If you're not a member of Swagbucks yet, head over to this link, register, and then enter the code on the right side, under "Account Summary" [[you'll see the code box]]. Amazon gift cards start at 450 Swagbucks and CVS ones run you around 1200, so you definitely wanna enter every code.

Edible Arrangements: I Went Shopping [[Last Day]]

Today is the last day to redeem your Edible Arrangements Pledge coupon we told you about [[here]] The last day to take the pledge was August 14 and today August 31 is the last day to redeem your coupon for Free Pineapple Daisy Pop.

I went to pick up mine and was told to come back in 30 min because they were not ready. I was not happy about having to do a second trip so I asked what was the problem. May be I could go back another day. Cashier said that the chocolate was not ready. Of course, as you can see per the picture, I did not wait for the dipped chocolate Pineapple Pop. It was just as good with out the chocolate.

Did you pick up yours?

Cardstore: FREE Birthday Card [[Today Only]]

I'm obsessed with cards. If you've been a fan of Drugstore Divas for a while, you know that.

I have this card box, and I filled it to the max a few years ago. Short aside: There's a guy where i used to live who owns four Hallmark stores. All his extra inventory is stored in a warehouse. Every three years or so, when he gets enough stuff, he sells it off. Cards end up being a dime, so I definitely bought 100 or so over a two day span.

That lasted me a while, a long while really, but my friends keep having birthdays every year, which means I have to keep sending out cards ... depleating my inventory.

Thank goodness Maria found this deal at Cardstore. If you head over to the website here and click on the banner at the top of the page, you can personalize a birthday card. Enter the code CSFC0811 and both the card and shipping are completely free. This offer is good today [[August 31]] only, so don't miss out.

And, while we're talking about free cards, don't forget to get your free Christmas card from Tiny Prints that I told you about here. That's still good until mid-September.

Sephora: I Went Shopping

I told you about Sephora Birthday Freebie. You have two weeks after your birthday to pick up your gift with your Beauty Insider card.

I went to the mall to pick up my Philosophy Vanilla Birthday Cake Trio [[Shampoo, Shower Gel & Bubble Bath]] I was so confused when the sales person handed me a single full size bottle. I thought it was going to be a three sample bottles. But its actually a 3-in-1 product. I was still happy but I have not use it yet and I don't know how its going to work as a shampoo, body wash & bubbles for my bath. I do know that it smells amazing. And I know that Philosophy products never disappoint.

The Philosophy Vanilla Birthday Cake Trio is a $16 value. And I also got a DKNY Eau De Parfum Spray sample.

IHOP: Kids Eat Free This Month

We're going to post this a couple times this month to remind you, especially since I just got an email about this.

Through all of this month [[and today is the last day]], kids eat free at IHOP between 4pm and 10pm. You can get one kids meal per adult meal purchased. Kids means 12 and under. Or I guess looks 12 and under. I mean, they're probably not checking IDs on your kiddos, just trusting the honor system.

Sounds like a cheap dinner thanks to IHOP.

My Coke Rewards: Free Crackers Coupon

Hurry and log in to your My Coke Rewards account and snag Wednesday's Deal.

You can get a Free box of RITZ, WHEAT THINS or TRISCUIT for only 50 points. (Regularly 165).

Click [[here]] to log in or register. And you will see the deal in the front page.

My husband has been so good at collecting the points and I have been able to snag some really good rewards lately.

SaveMore: FREE Nail Polish

I'm obsessed with crackle nail polish, even though I haven't used it. Now here's my chance.

SaveMore [[my fave daily deal site]] is offering discounted nail polish from Fabulous Nails. You can get one bottle [[retails: $15]] for $7.50 or three for $17 -- plus free shipping. You can choose jewel, crackle, new Fall colors, etc.

Oh, but it gets better. New SaveMore members who sign up here get a $10 credit. So that means you can get this completely free -- and still have money to spare.

Ah, what a way to try new polish and new colors ...

Swagbucks: Get 80 Free Bucks At Signup [[Last Day]]

Last month, I started my Christmas shopping. And so far, I've been able to get items worth big bucks for pennies -- or for free.

Thanks to Swagbucks, that's possible.

Swagbucks is a super search and win site. I use it as a search engine. Instead of typing the URL, I just go to Swagbucks, search, and go that way. Searches have the possibility of winning you Swagbucks, which you can redeem for prizes.

A mere 450 bucks will earn you a $5 Amazon gift card. Spend 1249 and you'll get a $10 gift card to CVS.

Head over to this link to register and earn 30 Swagbucks. If you enter the code AUGUSTBONUS when you register between now and August 31, you'll get an extra 50 buck bonus. With 80 bucks, you're well on your way to your first $5 gift card.

And then you can get free gifts like me. I mean, I even got my iTouch for free thanks to Swagbucks. Sign up now.

Coupon Alert: Welch's

Every Wednesday this month, Welch's will be giving away coupons on its Facebook page. It appears there will be 1k each Wednesday and they will be posted at various times.

If you want something with a little less pressure, head over to Drugstore Divas' Facebook page and like us. You can like us Wednesday and every day.

SaveMore: FREE Collapsible Water Bottles

I'm always carrying around water. So are my mom and grandma.

When we're done drinking, we always keep the bottles. Which means we're stuck carrying around an empty bottle all day. Which is annoying.

So how cool is it that right now, SaveMore [[my fave daily deal site]] is offering a collapsible water bottle for $5. Plus free shipping. Sweet. That's half price.

Oh, but it gets better. New SaveMore members who sign up here get a $10 credit. So that means you can get this completely free -- and still have $5 to spare.

Tiny Prints: FREE Christmas Card

I posted this deal the other day, but I figured I'd repost in case you're stuck indoors because of the hurricane and have a bit of free time today.

I always prepare for Christmas by buying cards the year before, on the day after Christmas when they're 50% off. This year, I had some Register Rewards to burn and I was on the phone with Mallory [[who was telling me all about her engagement ring]], so I ended up buying ones that aren't really anything special. Good thing I'm mailing them out not getting them in.

I can't imagine giving my grandma a bad card, so good thing Tiny Prints emailed me about a free Christmas card.

You can choose between Santa's Scroll and Checking It Twice [[click the links to get to the cards]]. Personalize it, and then use the code SANTA11 at checkout. And your card will be completely free.

You can have the card sent to you for free or sent to the recipient for the cost of a stamp [[$.44]]. But, really, you're not going to send out a Christmas card now, so get it sent to you and you can mail it in four months.

CVS: Free Always Pantiliners

I went to CVS an hour ago, braving the elements of Hurricane Irene. The rain stopped and the wind died down, so I figured I'd try to Dodd the fallen trees and avoid the flooded roads to try to get some newspapers.

Well, turns out the papers weren't even delivered today. I tried two CVS stores and neither had anything. So then I checked the box and saw that the paper inside was from Saturday.

I did, however, scan my card and there was a coupon for free Always Pantiliners.

My boyfriend didn't get the coupon on his card, so it's hit or miss. Did you get it?

Show Us Your Shopping Trip And Win

I love hearing from readers, telling me what great deals they found. It makes me so super excited to see the great deals. And I know everyone loves looking at our shopping trips on Drugstore Divas.

So, I've come up with a great idea.

We're going to start featuring readers' trips on Drugstore Divas. You can email me the picture, prices, coupons used, and total you paid to drugstoredivalisa(at)gmail.com. Or, you can post on Facebook and tag Drugstore Divas' Fan Page [[not the personal page, since that's going to get deleted]].

We'll post all the readers' trips on Drugstore Divas throughout the month. And then, at the end of the month, we'll pick a random winner to win a $5 Amazon gift card.

Multiple trips emailed will get you multiple entries.

Our plan is to hold this type of giveaway every month, if it goes over well. So help us make the kickoff month fantastic -- and start sending your trips in now.

Free Sample: Target Beauty Bag

I'm done being on hurricane watch. It's so not windy and kinda dry out, it's not even funny.

The first thing I did when I woke up was check the blog. It looks like it didn't blow away.

The next thing I did was run through the regular sites to see what's new -- coupons.com, Target samples, iTunes, etc. And I found something fantastic on Target's sample site.

Head over to this link to request a free beauty bag. Last time we got it, it was awesome.

The site is running incredibly slow. I couldn't even get it to load on my iTouch. I seemed to request it on the laptop, but it doesn't give you a confirmation. Instead, I just let the loading circle swirl after I requested, and I tried to request again. It said I already did from that address, so I'm guessing it went through even without a confirmation.

Fingers crossed this comes.

In My Mailbox: Saturday [[08/27]]

Yesterday was my grandma's 90th birthday, but from my mailbox, you'd think it was my birthday. Seriously. I got a ton of stuff.

I got ...

Purina Beneful dog food

Forbes magazine

Tampax tampons from Walmart

Huggies diapers from Walmart

Nail polish from ShopText

Two instant coffees from who knows where. The packaging was all in Spanish, so I'm so clueless.

Sunday Speak: Couponing Can Prevent Stealing

There are always going to be thieves in this world. And people are going to justify it. If people didn't, there would be no Robin Hood. He's a thief but he stole from the rich and gave to the poor, and even Maid Marian was like, "Okay, he means well. He's helping the poor."

It's easy to justify things.

Like, well, stealing. Which is wrong, obviously. But people do it. People want what they want and need ... and don't wanna pay for it.

But then there's what Beth and I call "legally stealing." That's couponing. How many times have you left the store paying absolutely nothing? But you used a combination of things like coupons, ecb, or whatnot. You get a bag full of goods, but you don't pay. But coupons and ecb are legal. So it's okay.

Maria texted me a picture yesterday of a box of open cold medicine ... no medicine inside, and the box tossed behind some different products. But how many of us have cold medicine in our stockpiles?

People should learn to coupon and "legally steal" instead of actually stealing. Then there's no jail time to worry about.
