Rite Aid: Birthday Present For Beth

If you haven't figured it out by now, Rite Aid is Beth's favorite drugstore. Oh, she used to be CVS loyal when we lived in the same area code [[although, we never had the same area code]], and she was head over heels for Wags for a little bit, but now, her heart bleeds for Rite Aid.

So, it makes complete sense that on her birthday, we have a Rite Aid coupon to offer. But not just any old coupon. Nope, this is a $3/$15, which you can print from here. It's good until March 31, so you've got a whole month to plot your deals and enjoy.

Rite Aid: Present Stash Started

My grandma is finally understanding this whole "use your stockpile for gifts" thing. Which means I'm in trouble. See, she asked her friend what deodorant he wears. It was Sure. Coincidentally, I had four in a stash ... that ended up getting mailed along with some other stockpile stuff as a present to him.

Which means from now on, I'll probably end up mailing him a birthday gift.

Luckily for me, I found a great deal on Sure for Men this week at Rite Aid. Sure and Ban deodorants are bogo. So, when I saw the ad on Saturday, I had Beth run to Rite Aid to check out the price. It's $2.99 for the Sure. And in today's inserts, there is a coupon for $1.50/1 Sure for Men. Use two of those, and you're looking at two free deodorants.

There's also a $1/1 coupon, so you can use that too if you want. But then that means paying for the deodorant. Which I can't do because I already have to pay shipping on this birthday gift.

PSA: Bergen Record Cheap Today

If you live close to me -- which I know some of you do -- trade your regular paper for The Bergen Record today [[February 28]].

For whatever reason, The Record is a mere 50 cents today. The regular price is $1.50, so this is like getting three for one. Now, I don't know why you would want three papers today since there is only one set of inserts. In a way, that's a bummer. But, on the other hand, it's so much less for me to type into our coupon database, so I'm not too upset. I did buy my regular two copies, but you better believe that if there were multiple inserts this week, I would have been snatching up copies.

Sunday Speak: Where Do You Donate?

With all the tragedies happening lately, you want to give to everyone. At least, I do. I want to help every earthquake-torn nation.

But I can't.

My wallet and stockpile can only go so far.

I mostly donate to this organization called People to People. My best friend in grammar school's parents actually founded the organization once upon a time. Now, it's tied to my church, and any donations made to my church go there, unless there's something else going on at my church.

My church in Pennsylvania was always the recipient of my excess stockpile when I was there. Once I found out the church took HBA items, not just food, I did what I could. I tried to donate food too, but my stash of that wasn't ever monumental when I lived there [[different supermarkets]]. I would donate pet products to the SPCA all the time. For some reason, I was on this one store's mailing list and I was getting free pet product coupons weekly. Plus, when you bought anything at the store, there were tons of free samples to choose from. So I was forever in the SPCA with bag fulls, so it seemed.

So, this week's Sunday Speak question is this: Where do you donate? And what do you donate?

Giveaway: Rx Suncare Lip Balm

So yesterday I waxed poetic about the Rx Suncare Lip Balm. I was even kidding. This stuff is pretty fantastic.

If you ran out yesterday to get one, let me know what you think in the comments. And, if you didn't run out, well, here's your chance to try it anyway. We're giving one away.

Sweet, right?

The giveaway starts now and goes until Friday, March 12 at 11:59 p.m., est.

To enter, answer this question: How often do you use lip balm in the winter?

Be sure to leave your email address with your answer so we can get in touch with you if you win. After you answer the question, you're allowed these extra bonus entries.

One] Enter our other contest and vote for Puppy [[#132]]. You can vote once a week, so this can earn you two entries.

Two] Follow us on Twitter and tweet about this giveaway. If you tweet [[using @drugstoredivas]], and someone starts following us because of you [[and they let us know, of course]], you'll earn a bonus entry. Follow us on Facebook and post about this giveaway. If someone enters this contest because of your post on Twitter or Facebook, you'll get a bonus. You can Tweet and/or post on Facebook once a day.

Three] Sign up for our email list. If you win via this method, your email must be verified and active at the giveaway's close.

Because we're feeling generous, the first, 10th, 20th, 30th [[etc. in multiples of 10]] will get a bonus entry.

Good luck!

Full disclosure: This Rx Suncare item was gifted to me by Rite Aid for the use in a review/giveaway. All opinions are my own. Yup, no one can buy -- or tries to buy -- my thoughts.

Valentine's: Love Is Over

I love Valentine's Day. I know it's a completely commercial holiday made by Hallmark, but I love seeing hearts around and thinking about love and all that gushy stuff.

It's sweet.

But, it's on it's way out.

Today [[the second Sunday after the holiday]] CVS will be pushing the V-Day candy out the door by making it 90-percent off. Yup, it'll be that cheap. So head over to CVS and pick up some bags of candy for next year. You may not know who your sweetheart will be next year, but the chance of you getting someone a gift is pretty high. So you might as well stock up now.

Happy Birthday To You

Yup, today's the day folks. It's Beth's birthday. I'm not sure how old she's telling people she is today, so I didn't want to spoil it but putting her birthday number on the cake. So I put up a picture with the number one -- because she's the number one co-blogger anyone could ask for.

Happy Birthday Beth!

Coupon Alert: Kashi

ake as many Kashi coupons as I can get my hands on, usually. If you saw my old stash of cereal bars, you'd believe it. But those bars have long been eaten for breakfast.

Luckily, there's a new high-value coupon out. Head over to this link and you can print a coupon for $1.50/2 boxes of Kashi TLC bars. I'd rather the $1.50/1 coupon of the past, but you take what you can get sometimes.

Shursave: Shursave Shoppers

Attention Shursave Shoppers! It is time for Easter rewards. That means between now and March 27, if you spend $300 using your Gold Card, you will get $10 off your Easter dinner. The $10 off will print on your receipt starting March 21st and must be used by April 10th.

In the past, these Shursave programs have taken the total of purchases before coupons! Way to maximize your shopping. And the $10 off should be good on items other than just your Easter fixings.

Saturday Sample: Rx Suncare Lip Balm

Two weeks ago, I had a cold. A wicked cold. I'm not even from Boston and I keep saying it was a wicked cold. It was that bad.

The worst part was since I couldn't breathe out of my nose, my lips got ridiculously chapped. It was terrible. They were dry and broken and totally not kissable. My ChapStick wasn't cutting it. I needed to go in for the big guns. So I opened a package of Rx Suncare lip balm that Rite Aid had gifted me. It was my last resort. And it's this week's Saturday Sample.

I put it on and it didn't taste all that appealing. I'm used to flavored lip balm, which leaves me licking my lips constantly [[and probably inappropriately, although that's only an assumption]]. This didn't make me wanna lick my lips at all. Which is probably why it worked.

I used it and then checked my lips in the mirror before bed, expecting to see the chapped lip lady who was staring back at me earlier in the day. Nope. She was gone. And who replaced her was, well, not Angelina Jolie, but my lips were getting better. Almost shockingly.

By the next day, I had lips I was willing to take out in public. Seriously. It was like some magic lip balm of some sort. The taste still hasn't grown on me. And I'm not quite sure it ever will. But the healing power -- that's worth its weight in, um, in fragrance- and taste-free lip balm.

The Rx Suncare lip balm has SPF 45 in it [[which I don't need since I'm buried under a few feet of snow]]. I think that helps protect from wind. At least, it seems to. And, for the record, this is Rite Aid's lined, in case it sounds familiar and you can't figure out why. Wanna try it out? Well, you'll have to stop by tomorrow [[hint, hint]].

Full disclosure: This Rx Suncare item was gifted to me by Rite Aid for the use in a review/giveaway. All opinions are my own. Yup, no one can buy -- or tries to buy -- my thoughts.

Coupon Alert: Pepperidge Farm Goldfish

I know this coupon won't last long, mostly because there are tons of moms feeding their little kiddies Pepperidge Farm Goldfish. Oh, did your ears perk up? Are you that mom? Or do you just think the fishes are so delicious.

Gotta go fishing.

Excuse me. I mean, head over to this link and you can print out a coupon for $.75/1 bag of Goldfish. If your store doubles, you can get these at a fantastic price.

This coupon is being added to our coupon database. Use it when you're looking for any coupons.

Kroger: Cart Sale

Melissa and Shelly from Stockpiling Moms' sent me an email, confirming that the Kroger Cart Buster Savings Event will take place March 1 through 7 and then March 8 through 13.

I'll be honest: I have no idea what this means. It's making me think of Supermarket Sweep, but I'm pretty sure that's unrelated.

Melissa and Shelly promised to have more info up soon, so when they do, I'll let you know all about it. They do, however, have a list of the Cart Buster items that you can check out here.

And, if you have any idea what this is about, you know where the comment button is.

Old Navy: Tees For Cheap

I just got my Gap Options card from Shop It To Me [[real quick: click that link; sign up; get ten others to sign up; get a $10 gift card]]. I looked at it thinking, yeah, that's gonna burn a hole in my pocket.

Maybe it won't be around long enough to.

Dana from Mrs. Moneysaver had a post that Old Navy graphic tees are gonna be on sale for $5 through Sunday, February 28. No harm in wishing for t-shirt weather, is there? If you're dreaming, head to Old Navy. Me, I'll be shoveling out.

Coupon Alert: Wish Bone Salad Dressing

I'm lucky enough to live near ShopRite, which doubles coupons up to 99 cents, everyday. So I'm a bigger fan of $.75/1 coupons than $1/1 coupons because the former actually means $1.50/1 for me. Which usually turns into free products. And that might happen with the Wish Bone salad dressing printable found here. Yup, it's $.75/1. Now I just wait for a sale.

This coupon is being added to our coupon database. Use it when you're looking for any coupons.

Pampers Gifts To Grow: Points For Pampers

We've been chatting Pampers up quite a bit lately, and it only has part to do with the fact that we're pairing with them to bring you a great offer in a few weeks.

That, and Pampers has so much going on lately.

Speaking of, I hope you signed up for the Gifts to Grow program like we told you. Why? Because right now, if you enter the code GTGTEAMUSA2010, you'll earn 30 free Pampers points. The code is good through March 31, 2010, so you've got a little time. But chances are you'll forget by then, so do it now.

Hallmark: Free Card For The Kiddies

I was reading all over Twitter that you can get a free kids card at Hallmark. But it wasn't until yesterday that I finally got an email from Hallmark about the deal.

Basically, if you walk into your local Hallmark store, you'll find a section of cards for kiddies, priced at $1.99. Pick one up, walk it to the register, and it'll be free. According to the email, you don't even need a coupon ... but I'm gonna bring a copy of the email, just to be safe since the promo is so new. This is good through March 14, so you've got time.

For me, this is perfect. I have more cards than I know what to do with, most of the time, but the more I have, the more I send out, the more I have to replenish my stash. Which is where I'm at now. I sent out five cards in the last 10 days. Ouch for my stash, right? What better way to do build it back up than with free cards? Yeah, I dunno.

Gap: Good Deal Alert -- 20% Off

Gap is having a 20% off sale that only lasts through Saturday, February 27. If you want to visit your nearest Gap location, print out this coupon to take with you.

If you would rather shop in your pajamas [[and please don't take that as an invite to wear them to the mall!!]], in the privacy of your own home, you can use the online code D1FP2BJQMFM8. Weird code, I know but that's what the email said.

The Limited: Good Deal Alert - 20% Off

This deal only lasts until Sunday, February 28, so get clicking. All the markdown items online for The Limited are an additional 20% off. The discount is already reflected in the online prices.

I looked and there are some really good deals. I really want this black belt but I just bought the figure eight black belt from The Limited so I actually think I am going to pass on this one. But that doesn't mean you should.

CVS: Big Smile

I don't have anything witty to say about toothpaste right now. Part of it is because toothpaste goes on sale a lot, and there are only so many stories to tell. And part of it is that I'm getting distracted, reading all these stories about what happened at SeaWorld.

Anyway, with that being sad, if you're wondering about toothpaste, there's some on sale at CVS this week [[ending 02/27]]. Colgate Max Fresh is on sale for $2.99 and giving back $2 in ecb, limit one. If you head over to Colgate's site, and click on Special Offers at the top, you can print a $.75/1 coupon. So now you're looking at a quarter for a tube.

Personally, that's more than I'm willing to pay. But if you work it in to another deal, it might work out for you.

CVS: Speeding Ticket

We all know how much Beth likes her Speed Stick. Deodorant is a very silly thing to be brand loyal to. At least, that's what I thought until I started using Tom's of Maine. It's all-natural, and doesn't have aluminum in it, which means the chance of me getting deodorant-induced breast cancer is slim.

But, this is not about me, it's about Beth. And her adoration. And her pending trip to CVS this week [[ending 02/27]].

Speed Stick Stainguard is on sale for $2.99 and giving back $2 in ecb, making it 99 cents. There is a $.50/1 coupon floating around, if I believe what I'm hearing. I know there's a $1/1 coupon in the Reinventing Beauty book, but that's for Speed Stick 24/7, and only the regular one [[which I guess doesn't last all day, according to the branding]] is on sale.

Looks like Beth is gonna start smelling pretty. Double pretty. It's limit two.

Kohl's: Good Deal Alert -- Save 15% Or 20%

It's been snowing, snowing, snowing, and I can't imagine ever leaving this house again. But, if I do thaw out, I'm gonna try to get to Kohl's. The always lovely Jilly sent me an email letting me know that Kohl's is having a three-day sale, starting tomorrow [[February 26]]. You can save 15-percent on anything either with the coupon or the code BIGWKND. If you spend $100 or more, use the coupon to save 20-percent. Or, if you're shopping online, use the code WKNDSAVE at checkout. And, if you do spend that much, use the code SHIPNSAVE to get free shipping [[on orders over $75]].

Free Sample: Tide Laundry Detergent

I like getting trial size laundry detergents for free when there's a coupon [[usually there's a $1/1 any size Tide coupon in the P&G and the one load is 99 cents at Target]]. But, really, I'm not sure why. It's not like I use these ever. I just put them in the "just in case" pile, which doesn't get touched.

Oh, there's a joke there for sure, but I'm leaving it alone.

Plus, you'd be laughing so hard, you might miss out on this free sample. If you head over to this link, you'll be able to request a free sample and coupon of Tide. Now, the link is to Walmart's samples, but it's actually bringing you to the P&G sample page. You're only supposed to be able to request P&G samples once per quarter, and most of us requested the free diaper sample, but apparently, that's not counting against us, so we can request this sample too.

P&G might be catching on to something.

Walgreens: Cheap Pieces

I keep seeing the commercials for the new Hershey's Pieces. I cut my coupons for the last sale at Kmart. But let's be honest, who goes there unless it is for Doubles? Not me. Good thing I still have my coupons.

Walgreens has the Hershey's Pieces on sale two for $5. And if you spend $10 you will get $5 back in Walgreens register rewards. If you have four $1/1 coupons, you are looking at just $1 for four bags.

Walgreens: Day Five Of Photo Deals

Walgreens is having a 7 day, 7 photo deals promotion. Starting Sunday, February 21, and every day through Saturday [[02/27]], Walgreens will post the latest photo deal on its Web site. The site does give you a hint of what each day will be, but not what the actual coupon is. Don't worry we will keep you updated each day.

Sunday - $1.99 magazine cover. Online code COVERIT or visit here to print your coupon.
Monday - All Shapes & Sizes - All digital prints are 40-percent off with the coupon code DIGITAL40.
Tuesday - Photo Grande - 50% off all 11x14 Posters Online Code POSTERSIZE
Wednesday - Create a Masterpiece - 50% off Photo Canvas Online code CANVAS

Thursday -Who Says Nothing in Life is Free? Free 8x10 - Online Code FREEPHOTO
Friday - Something You'll Enjoy Everyday
Saturday - Print Your Heart Out

Swagbucks: Happy Birthday

In case you forgot, today [[February 25]] is Swagbucks' birthday. Swagbucks has revamped its site with a new layout and made each code ten times what it's worth [[the prizes are also ten times the cost, so don't get too excited]].

I've heard that when you search on Swagbucks' birthday, you tend to earn a lot more in random searches, but I just won ten, which is the same as winning one yesterday, so nothing big to me.

We've told you about Swagbucks before, but in case you haven't signed up yet, head to this link and register. Then turn your Swagbucks into gift cards and other prizes. You basically get "paid" to search the Internet. Sounds good to me.

Today is gonna be the best day to sign up because there will be birthday codes all day long, so it'll be easy to accumulate bucks. There's a swidget in our sidebar [[under sites we like]] that you should check out often to see if there's a code. Happy swagging.

Bahama Breeze: Eating On The House

Chances are, you'll be reading this as I'm stuck under a foot of snow.

Oh, I'm hoping the weather predictions are wrong, but I know better at this point in the winter.

So I'm dreaming of Bahama Breeze. And I love that if you go to the Web site, it sings these Caribbean songs, like I'm in some tropical paradise.

You wanna check out the restaurant? Well, you should check out this link first. Fill out a survey and you can get a $10 gift card to Bahama Breeze.

Now some people [[*cough* Maria]] were complaining to me when I sent them the link because the restaurant is not in their area. But, it's actually sister stores with Red Lobster and Olive Garden, so if you have one of those in your area, you might be able to use the gift card after all.

Rite Aid: The Sale Is On

The other day, we let you know that a big Rite Aid deal was on its way.

It's here.

Today through Saturday [[February 27]], all Rite Aid brand items are buy one, get one 50-percent off.

If you were smart enough to hold onto you Game of Life coupons, there was one for $1 off a Rite Aid brand purchase [[of $4 or more, I believe. I'm not quite sure. I didn't get it. Or anything else worth mentioning, for that matter]]. Combine that with the sale and you might make out pretty good.

Free Sample: South Beach Living S'mores Bar

I've been on a steady diet of snacking on SoyJoy bars, lately. Not because they're all that healthy, and not even because I have a stash of them. Mostly, it's because they're not chocolate and we've still got t minutes a ton of days until I can eat it again.

But, that doesn't mean I don't want to have some items with chocolate in reserve for when Lent is finally over.

That's why I got this freebie. You can get it for any reason you'd like.

Head over to this link and you can get a free South Beach Living S'mores bar.

I've been snacking on the peanut butter variety since they were super cheap at CVS a few weeks back. And, for protein bars, they're really good. Most protein bars are dry; these don't bother me at all. I'm not sure if the S'mores bar is protein or not [[or if all South Beach bars are protein]], but we could all use a little help before summer, right?

It's a bonus if that help includes chocolate.

Target: The Cheapest A Man Can Get

I showed you, not too long ago, what my grandma gave out for Valentine's Day. My little brother called me and said he was confused by his present: candy, candy, body wash. And even more confused that it was from our grandma.

Hopefully he won't be so confused when body wash shows up in his Easter gift from her.

See, Target sells Gillette 8.5 oz body washes for $1.99. And in Sunday's P&G insert, there was a coupon for $4/2 body washes. Pick up two, use the $4/2 coupon, and there aren't even any of the dreaded beeps. So yup, you've got two free body washes.

Luckily for my grandma, I have two brothers. One for each is what she's giving out.

I know, Easter is still a ton of days away, but you can never start planning too early ... which means you might wanna pick these up if you're giving gift bags to men for Christmas.

If it helps, I found these on the shelf with the other body washes. Although, last year when they first came out, Target was putting them on endcaps.

Coupon Alert: Starkist Creations

I used to never want to eat Tuna from a pouch. Ever. I just couldn't do it. Then, one day I gave in, and I was hooked. If you're hooked [[oh, I just realized that's a terrible fish pun, isn't it?]], head over to this link and you can print out a $1 coupon for Starkist creations. I know the albacore is $1 on sale, but I don't know if these creations hit that low. If they do, sounds great if you can't eat meat on Fridays.

This coupon is being added to our coupon database. Use it when you're looking for any coupons.

Target: Costco No More

Target's time flirting with becoming a bulk store, ala Sam's Club and BJ's style, is no more.

It's not that Target is failing, but this love affair was always meant to come to a close at the end of February.

Which means good things for us consumers.

Right now, the bulk items are clearanced to 15-percent off. It's not that much, and isn't really crucial savings considering you can get tons of HBA and food items [[which is what the majority of Target's bulk is]] more than 15-percent off more often than not. But, if you wait a little longer, look for the prices to drop dramatically.

I'm not saying make a run out for the bulk items now. No way. But, keep them in the back of your head when you head out to Target to pick up things that are actually a good deal.

Referral Wednesday: Free Ride

I signed up for Free Ride two years ago, and completely forgot about it. My friend brought it up the other day, so I started looking at it again, and figured it was worth a Referral Wednesday.

Free Ride is a site where you can earn points and turn them into various gift cards, like Amazon. It's no Swagbucks, but what is, right?

On Free Ride, you get points for things like completing surveys, shopping through Free Ride, watching videos, and catching cabs. Cabs, not crabs. Anyway, when you're on the site, occasionally, a little fist-like graphic will come up and tell you that you've won some cabs. Click on those and they'll be credited to your account.

You earn 500 points for signing up and 100 for every friend you refer. So, if you wanna send me an email so I can send you a referral, that would be pretty sweet.

Ruby Tuesday's: Here's A New Day

I was listening to the radio this morning on the way to work, and the station was playing a George Harrison block, justified by the fact that he died in November 2001.

I didn't quite get the association, but maybe today's his birthday?

Or maybe the station knew Jilly was gonna email me a coupon for Ruby Tuesday's [[I know, I know, Ruby Tuesday was recorded by The Rolling Stones, but they're in the same decade as The Beatles, and so it made sense to make the association to me]]. If you head over to this link, you can print out a coupon for 20-percent off your entire check, good through March 3.

That's like getting the whole tip for free.

Okay, in case you're wondering, I went to George Harrison's Wikipedia page. His birthday is tomorrow.

CVS: Bamboo Shoots

There was a time when I wore makeup all the time. I didn't care what kind, so long as it matched my skintone. So I was one of those girls who wore foundation. Ugh. It pains me to remember.

Since giving it up [[mostly]], I've tried to make more conscious decisions with my makeup. Sometimes my decisions help my pores [[which means, no foundation]]; other times it means the environment [[mineral makeup]]. I never really thought about how much waste is created by used makeup. Luckily, Physician's Formula thought of that for us. What Physician's Formula makes, which is super neat, is a bamboo compact, in which you can add blush or bronzer refills. So you're just tossing a small silver ring when you're done, not a mirror housed in a plastic compact. Less waste means a happier planet.

And, this week [[ending 02/27]], it can help out your wallet.

CVS is giving back $5 in ecb when you buy a Physician's Formula product. You can get the compact, which is $6.99 and giving back $5 ... and has a Try Me Free label attached. Or you can get the bronzer, which is $9.99 ... and there are $5/1 bronzer tearpad coupons floating around. Beth even told me there are peelies too, so you have a variety of ways to save.

The limit is one though, so you're gonna have to pick and choose. My mom's idea was that you buy the bronzer now, because it's more expensive, and if you have to pay for the compact later, at least you're paying less than if you bought the bronzer later. Just a little motherly advice if you were looking for some.

Free Sample: ZonePerfect Nutrition Square

I don't generally post Facebook freebies. That's mostly because I don't have a Facebook page, so I miss out. The blog has a Facebook page, so I tried this freebie out first ... just to make sure it was easy and legit.

And, I feel totally okay posting it because it's tied to a donation too.

Right now, if you head to this link and become a fan of ZonePerfect, you'll get the option to register for a free Indulgent Nutrition Square. I don't know what that is, but I do know that for the first 30,000 fans ZonePerfect gets, the company will donate $1 per fan [[up to $30,000]] to VH1's Save the Music program.

Now, I'm a huge fan of music programs in schools, so the Save the Music program is one I full support.

Target: Cleaning Up After Puppy

I forget exactly where I was [[that saves the guilty]], and I sat my black jacket on the bed -- where a dog came and shed all over it. Lovely, right?

If you live in a home with animals, I bet this happens to you all the time. So remedy it with Scotch Fur Fighters. The Scotch Fur Fighters starter kits [[which contain one handle and two refills]] are on sale for $3.99 at Target this week [[ending 02/27]]. If you head over to this link, you can print a $4/1 coupon, making them free.

If you've got animals, you're probably gonna wanna stop by Target. Just a hint: The ones in my store were on a separate endcap in the cleaning aisle. They weren't in the main aisle with the rest of the Scotch pet items. Nope, the ones in the aisle were on sale for $7.99 and came with five refills. More stuff, but more money too.

Rite Aid: Lamisil Money Maker

This is another one of those things I am going to have to sneak in the house. See there is no need for me to buy Lamisil but when it is a money maker at Rite Aid, I just can't pass it up. But my husband will not quite understand why I am getting it.

Rite Aid has Lamisil on sale for $6.99 this week [[ending 02/27]]. There is a single check rebate for $6. And a $3/1 coupon from the 12/13/09 inserts. See why it is important to save your old inserts?!

CVS: Clean Out Your Ears

It's a big joke with my cousin every time EARinse is on sale. I think she started CVSing around the time EARinse was on sale, and she really didn't need it. But she needed to roll her ecb, and you know how that goes.

She's gonna be thrilled [[read that with sarcasm]] to hear that this week [[ending 02/27]], CVS has EARinse on sale for $7.99 and giving back $7.99, so it's free. It's limit one, but considering how often I've used this [[never]] that might not be such a bad thing.

Actually, I got a newsflash since writing this: My friend saw the CVS ad and since he knows it's my "job" to go there, he asked if I picked up the EARinse -- then asked if he could have mine. Apparently he has ear issues [[that I'm sure he wanted the whole Internet to know about]] and needs this. Wow. This sale just got a lot better.

Walgreens: Day Three Of Photo Deals

Walgreens is having a 7 day, 7 photo deals promotion. Starting Sunday, February 21, and every day through Saturday [[02/27]], Walgreens will post the latest photo deal on its Web site. Walgreens: Cheap Gum

I bought some of the Trident Layers when they were on sale at Rite Aid a few weeks ago. Wow, the green apple/pineapple one is very flavorful. I am not a fan of any artificial strawberry flavor, but my friend really liked them. I do wish they had a better variety of flavors.

Walgreens has Trident Layers on sale this week [[ending 02/27]] for just 99 cents. Cut out your $.75/1 coupon -- if you were lucky to get it -- and you are only paying 25 cents per pack at Walgreens.

Free Sample: Axe Shower Gel For Men

There used to be these Nivea body wash samples floating around. I got one in the mail, one from a hangtag in CVS, they just kept popping up. The trouble I had with them wasn't the $1/1 coupon, but it was the fact that the sample seemed too small to make it through a whole shower. Truth be told, I never tried, because what if I got stuck halfway through thinking, "I wish I was a tearpad queen like Beth and picked up a couple more of these so I could finish."

So, the chance of you using this sample is questionable. But you should request it in case it's a real trial sized sample. Head over to this link and you can request a free sample of Axe Shower Gel for Men, thanks to Sam's Club. Even better, you don't have to be a Sam's Club member to request it. Just leave that field blank, wait a few weeks, and you'll get some body wash in the mail. I just hope it's enough to shower.
