Today is Halloween! For the kids we know that means trick-or-treating. But what about the adults? Lisa and I are divided on Halloween. I love it, her not so much. I am excited over dressing up and going to a party.
I had a costume this year that I was so excited over. Then it came. It was a disaster. Way too big and not fixable or cute at all. I ended up in a jam and got a really cute witch costume. Lisa was in a jam too and needed a costume asap too. She ended up being a witch too!! Good thing we didn't go to the same party!

i try to make every day halloween, but real halloween is the best!
this years costume was one of the most epic i've made yet.....there was a lot of papier mache and hot glue involved. the boy and i went as candy wife and peppermint larry from the misdaventures of flapjack. i apparently terrified more children than the man with the chainsaw.
i am SO EXCITED to shop for clearanced halloween stuff today. every post-halloween day my friends and i get together and shop.
I dressed as a bore and sat around at home.
Since we are in a gated community, we have no trick-or-treaters. But my husband INSISTED on getting a bag of candy. I didn't want him to since we didn't have any children last year. I threatened him to hide that damn candy really well!
