CVS Sickness

My aunt has been going crazy for CVS nuts [[yes, I avoided saying, "She's going nuts," to spare the bad writing]]. She's gone out every day to get them -- except Friday. Why? Because she spent all day throwing up.

Salmonella? Hopefully not because I picked up a couple more bags myself.

This was broken down into two trips, but it's a lot easier to post it as one. So, here's what my quick CVS runs looked like:

DayQuil -- $4.99 [[$1 CVS coupon and $1.50 manu. coupon]] = $2.49
NyQuil -- $4.99 [[$1 CVS coupon and $1.50 manu. coupon]] = $2.49
Cashews = 79 cents
Cashews = 79 cents [[$2/2 coupon]] = 42 cents overage
Kashi protein bar -- on clearance = 42 cents [[for the nuts overage]]
True North nuts -- on clearance = $1.75
J&J gauze pads -- $4.99
J&J first aid kit -- 99 cents [[$3/2 blinkie coupon] = $2.98 for the two items above
J&J gauze pads -- $4.99
J&J first aid kit -- 99 cents [[$3/2 blinkie coupon] = $2.98 for the two items above
Total before coupons: $25.69
Total after coupons: $12.69

Paid with ecb.
Got back $5 for the Day/NyQuil; $6 for the J&J = $11.

So I spent $1.69 in my ecb, but if you've ever had the True North nuts, you know they're worth it.
